Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy applies to the products, services, and technologies (collectively, the “Products”) provided by anooi under any ongoing agreement. Its purpose is to protect anooi, its customers, and the broader Internet community from unethical, irresponsible, or illegal activity.
Customers found engaging in activities prohibited by this Acceptable Use Policy may be subject to service suspension or account termination. In severe cases, there may be a legal obligation to report such activities to the appropriate authorities.

Fair use
Facilities are provided with the expectation that usage will remain within the scope of “business as usual,” as defined in the applicable offer schedule. Excessive usage may result in additional fees or restrictions on capacity.
All forms of abuse, discrimination, infringement of rights, or actions that harm or disadvantage any group, individual, or resource are prohibited. Customers and, where applicable, their users (“end-users”) are expected to engage with the Products in a manner consistent with these principles.
Customer accountability
Customers are responsible for their own actions as well as for the actions of any individual using the Products with the customer’s authorization. This responsibility extends to any unauthorized use resulting from a failure to implement reasonable security measures.
Acceptance of the Products constitutes agreement to ensure compliance with this Acceptable Use Policy on behalf of all end-users of the Products. Complaints regarding the conduct of customers or their end-users will be directed to the designated account contact.
If a customer, their end-user, or any individual accessing the Products through the customer violates this Acceptable Use Policy, anooi reserves the right to terminate the affected Products or account, or to take any remedial or preventative action deemed appropriate, without prior notice. To the extent permitted by law, no credit will be issued for service interruptions arising from any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy.
Prohibited activity
Copyright infringement and access to unauthorized material
The Products must not be used to transmit, distribute, or store any material in violation of applicable laws. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights that is used without proper authorization
- Material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws
Customers are solely responsible for all material inputted, uploaded, disseminated, transmitted, created, or published through the Products, as well as for securing any necessary legal permissions to use works included in such material.
SPAM and unauthorized message activity
The Products must not be used to send unsolicited bulk or commercial messages in violation of applicable laws and regulations (“spam”). This includes, but is not limited to, sending spam, soliciting customers from spam distributed by other service providers, and collecting responses to spam sent by other service providers.
The Products must not be used to operate unconfirmed mailing lists or telephone number lists (“messaging lists”). This includes, but is not limited to, subscribing email addresses or telephone numbers without the consent of the owner, or storing any such information obtained in this manner. All messaging lists hosted on or using the Products must employ a “confirmed opt-in” process, with verification of the owner’s express consent retained for the lifespan of the list.
The use of email lists, telephone number lists, or databases purchased from third parties for spam or unconfirmed messaging purposes is strictly prohibited on the Products.
This policy regarding spam and unauthorized messaging applies to messages sent using the Products, as well as messages sent from any network by the customer or any individual acting on the customer’s behalf, that directly or indirectly refer recipients to a site hosted via the Products.
Unethical, exploitative, and malicious activity
The Products must not be used to advertise, transmit, or otherwise make available any software, program, product, or service intended to violate this Acceptable Use Policy or the acceptable use policies of other service providers. This includes, but is not limited to, facilitating spam or engaging in network sniffing, pinging, packet spoofing, flooding, mail-bombing, or denial-of-service attacks.
The Products must not be used to access any account or electronic resource without proper ownership or authorization (e.g., “hacking,” “cracking,” “phreaking”).
The Products must not be used to intentionally or recklessly introduce viruses, malware, or other malicious code into the Products or associated systems.
The Products must not be used to deliberately harass any group or individual. Harassment includes, but is not limited to, denial-of-service attacks, hate speech, advocacy of racial or ethnic intolerance, or any activity intended to threaten, abuse, infringe upon the rights of, or discriminate against any group or individual.
Additional activities considered unethical, exploitative, or malicious include:
- Obtaining, or attempting to obtain, services with the intent to avoid payment
- Using the Products or anooi’s facilities to obtain, or attempt to obtain, services from another provider with the intent to avoid payment
- Unauthorized access, alteration, or destruction (or any attempt thereof) of information pertaining to anooi’s customers or end-users, by any means or device
- Using the Products or anooi’s facilities to interfere with the use of anooi’s facilities and networks by other customers or authorized individuals
- Publishing or transmitting content or links that incite violence, depict violent acts, depict child exploitation, or threaten the health or safety of any individual
- Any act or omission in violation of consumer protection laws and regulations
- Any violation of privacy rights
The Products may not be used by any person or entity involved in, or reasonably suspected of involvement in, activities or causes related to illegal gambling, terrorism, narcotics trafficking, arms trafficking, or the proliferation, development, manufacture, production, stockpiling, or use of nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons, weapons of mass destruction, or missiles. This prohibition extends to any affiliation with individuals or organizations supporting such activities or causes.
Unauthorized use of anooi property
The impersonation of anooi, the misrepresentation of a significant business relationship with anooi, or the unauthorized use of any anooi property –including Products and branding – for the purpose of fraudulently obtaining services, customers, patronage, or user trust is strictly prohibited.
