Processing time
For items in stock, orders are prepared and dispatched within 5 business days of payment confirmation. For preorders, processing times may vary; further details will be communicated on a case-by-case basis.
As each order is handled manually, processing times may be slightly extended during periods of increased order volume. Any significant delay will be communicated by email. Thank you for your understanding.
Delivery details
Delivery is available worldwide.
Items are dispatched from Italy, with delivery costs calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination. Any customs duties, taxes, import fees, or other charges applied upon entry into the destination country remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination. Tracking information will be provided by email once orders have been dispatched.
Please note that parcels returned due to non-collection or delivery failure resulting from an incorrect address may incur additional costs, which remain the responsibility of the recipient.
Cancellations, returns, exchanges, refunds
Purchases of physical items may be cancelled within 14 days of receipt. Cancellation requests should be submitted by email, including the order number and the items concerned. Items must be returned within 14 days of notification of cancellation and sent in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
Refunds are issued using the original method of payment, within 14 days of receiving the returned items or proof of their return, whichever occurs first. Refunds include the original delivery costs at the standard rate. Where a delivery option other than the least expensive standard option was selected, the supplementary costs are not refundable. Any reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the items may be deducted from the refund. Please note that return postage costs remain the responsibility of the sender.
Due to the nature of the studio, cancellations outside the 14-day withdrawal period, as well as returns, exchanges, or related refunds, cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.
Purchases of digital content are considered final. Cancellations, returns, exchanges, or related refunds cannot be accommodated. Before purchase, it is made clear that access to the content will begin immediately, resulting in the waiver of the right of withdrawal. Thank you for your understanding.
Damaged or incorrect shipments
In the event of damaged items, order discrepancies, or defects, notifications should be submitted by email within 2 days of delivery.
To facilitate the process, please provide the order number, relevant photographs, and a brief description of the issue. Upon review and confirmation, an appropriate solution will be offered.
Statutory legal guarantee rights available to consumers under applicable law remain unaffected by this policy, including remedies for items that prove defective or not as described.
